About the Program
The Studio (MDR) brings the intensity of Sebastien Lagree's workout to our five locations in Marina Del Rey, Culver City, Playa Vista, and Manhattan Beach. The Lagree Fitness workout is a total-body program that combines elements of cardio training and weight-bearing activity to create a revolutionary, one-of-a-kind exercise program. When an (MDR) class kicks off, the volume goes up, and clients dive into a workout that's intense, muscle-quivering, and sure to leave your shirt drenched – a boutique fitness experience unlike any other.
At The Studio (MDR), we're renowned for our 45-minute powerhouse workout that not only revs up your metabolism but also reshapes your body's composition. The workout is done on state-of-the-art Megaformers which provide constant resistance and infinitely more exercise options than traditional equipment. The machine allows the body to shift quickly and smoothly from one exercise to another while increasing the heart rate and getting the blood pumping. The Megaformer targets each and every muscle in a concentrated, low-impact, high-results-focused manner to sculpt strong, powerful, and lean bodies in a safe and measured way
(MDR) Essentials
(MDR) Essentials - If you are new to the studio or to the Lagree method, this 45-minute beginners’ class is devoted to teaching the essential moves that prepare you for (MDR) TOTAL BODY and specialty classes.
This class is best to take so that you feel comfortable with the basic Lagree Method exercises and the Megaformer or use as a recovery class.
(MDR) Total Body
This is the most popular (MDR) class creating a strenuous, complete total-body workout. We recommend taking (MDR) TOTAL BODY 3 to 4 times a week with rest days in between. While it's not required, we encourage taking (MDR) ESSENTIALS first.

(MDR) Total Body Lite
This 45 min high intensity, low impact class features all our signature Lagree moves, set to LITE-er tension. We only use YELLOW springs to increase core strength and build muscular endurance, without overloading the body with tension. We highly recommend this class to our BEGINNER clients as a way to condition their bodies prior to taking (MDR) Total Body, but all levels are welcome!
